*For all cooking methods, cook until internal temperature

has reached 165⁰F(73.8⁰C) or higher.

Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil to a nonstick pan.

Place 10 frozen dumplings in a single layer, flat-side down, leaving space between dumplings.

Add ½ cup of water to the pan, cover and bring to a boil on medium-high.

8-Inch...1/2 cup, 10-Inch...2/3 cup, 12-Inch...1 cup.

Uncover and simmer on medium for 5-7 minutes or until water has evaporated.

Continue cooking bottoms of dumplings until lightly browned.

Bring 8 cups of water to
a boil.

Boil

Add 10 frozen dumplings to boiling water

Stir.

Boil for 5-6 minutes

Drain. Done!

Add 1 to 2-inches of water to bottom of steamer and heat on high to a rapid boil.

Steam

Place frozen dumplings in the top of steamer and cover with a lid.

Steam over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.

Place 10 frozen dumplings in a 1-qt microwave-safe dish, add 1/4 cup of water and loosely cover.

Microwave

Microwave on high (1100 watts) for 2-3 minutes. Let rest 2 minutes.

Uncover and drain. Careful, the water will be hot.

 

Dipping Sauce!

In a bowl, combine

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce,

2 tablespoons rice vinegar,

1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil,

1 tablespoon ketchup (optional),
1 tablespoon Siracha hot sauce (if you like it hot!)
